Booking, Deposit & Refund Policy

Booking Deposit

To provide the best possible service and ensure availability for all our clients, we require a 25% deposit for all appointments valued at £150 or more. The deposit amount is a flat rate of £50 for appointments over £150.

This deposit secures your booking and allows us to prepare for your appointment in advance.

Refund Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. With sufficient notice, your deposit will be fully refunded or transferred to a future booking.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments will result in the deposit being non-refundable.
