Do I need a skin test? 

We require a skin test at least 48 hours prior to a colour appointment for new clients or clients who have not been to the salon in the last 6 months. There is no need to book this; you can pop into the salon whenever it is convenient. If you are unsure of when your last appointment was, please contact the salon at 02083182809, and we can check for you. Unfortunately, we do not offer a waiver form in place of a skin test.

Who should I book a blow-dry with? 

All our stylists offer blow-dry appointments, with the price starting at £42 and increasing to £58 according to the seniority of the stylist. We also offer the Blow Dry Bar at a fixed price of £31.50 for more basic styling.

What should I do if I’m running late? 

Please contact the salon at 02083182809 if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment time.

Do you offer ‘hair up’ appointments? 

If you would like to have your hair styled for an event or special occasion, select stylists are available to do ‘hair up’ appointments. You are welcome to come into the salon for a consultation and preliminary chat to discuss exactly what you would like on the day. Price available on request.

Do I need to give a deposit prior to my appointment? 

We do not require a deposit for a standard cut or color appointment, but Aura (No. 2 and No. 3) treatments require a £50 deposit, taken at the point of booking.

Can I book a model appointment? 

We have model cut and color appointments available to book on alternate Tuesdays at 4:30 p.m. If you would like to book a model appointment, please contact the salon at 02083182809.

What is your complaints policy? 

In the unfortunate case that you are unhappy with your hair, you are welcome to contact the salon within 7 days of your appointment, and we can work with you to rectify the situation.

Yes.
